We do not arrive with a ready-made plan. We work where local organizations are already leading, and we ask them what would help most.

We are invited, not imposed

We prioritize communities that invite us in and places where local organizations are already leading the response. The teachers and directors know each child better than anyone, so they set the priorities.

Support that stays simple

Our founder funds the work personally and supports partner schools and scholarships directly. We keep the structure light: a small number of partners, regular contact, and funds that go to schools, supplies and students.
